Job summary

Turner Construction Company’s SourceBlue division is seeking a seasoned sales operations professional to drive the early-stage pipeline, coordinate pursuits, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Legal to advance opportunities in California projects.

The role requires 4+ years in inside sales or business development, strong CRM usage, and excellent communication. Travel 20-30% and flexible hours to support client engagements across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years in inside sales, business development, or sales operations.
• Experience with outbound calling and lead qualification.
• Strong CRM and sales tracking experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and extend hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate early-stage pipeline activities with SB Account Executives and senior team members.
• Research target areas, projects, and clients to support business development strategy.
• Prospect new sales leads through cold calling, market research, and industry events.
• Develop, track, and maintain lists of opportunities in assigned market segments.
• Gather and communicate pursuit updates, timelines and resource needs.
• Partner with SB Account Executive team to execute pursuit strategies and strengthen relationships.
• Support account maintenance and client engagement activities, including meetings outside standard hours.
• Input business requirements into CRM, PA, CA, and ICC requests per deadlines.
• Generate reports and scorecards reflecting pursuit status.
• Review proposals for coherence and compliance; maintain contract information in CRM.
• Provide content to Marketing for client-centric proposals and collateral.
• Support preparation of technical briefs for RFQ/RFP responses.
• Other duties as assigned.
