We seek a motivated and experienced Remote Roofing Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, building trust-based relationships, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. Responsibilities
- Listen attentively to customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their requirements, establishing trust and confidence in our services.
- Qualify prospects effectively to ensure recommended solutions meet the client's needs and preferences.
- Achieve sales goals established by the company, demonstrating a commitment to driving revenue growth.
- Build and maintain rapport with clients through ongoing communication and personalized attention to their needs.
- Maintain an active prospecting process to consistently fill the sales pipeline with potential opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details in the CRM database.
- Obtain management approval for all proposals before delivering them to clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive job packages, including detailed job descriptions, roof maps, photographs, measurements, and other relevant information for accurate cost estimates.
- Complete thorough turnover packages for Operations, including all contract documents, vendor quotes, manufacturer preinstallation notices, and submittals, and handle all change orders.
- Focus on privately negotiated reroofs, demonstrating expertise and professionalism in every project.
- Periodically visit job sites to evaluate progress and ensure customer satisfaction with the project.
Qualifications
- Ability to carry and climb ladders, work confidently on rooftops, and take roof samples (cores), with a commitment to thoroughly documenting roof conditions and measurements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients.
- Previous experience in the commercial roofing industry, with a strong understanding of roofing systems and processes.
- Experience in new construction and / or re-roofing projects preferred.
- Ability to work independently without supervision, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in a remote work environment.
