Job summary

Lyman‑Richey Corporation, a CRH Company, is hiring a Sales Estimator in Omaha, NE. You will perform concrete and aggregate takeoffs, prepare quotations, and input data into our systems to support bids and project budgeting.

Responsibilities include attending pre-bid meetings, identifying materials per specifications, and researching markets to generate new leads. Strong Excel/Windows skills and construction knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• ACI Grade 1 Certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in a building materials/construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete, aggregate and related material takeoffs from plans and specifications at customer locations or online.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and relay information to relevant departments.
• Identify concrete and related materials within project specifications.
• Prepare verbal and written quotations for bidding and project requirements.
• Input quotes and data into company computer systems.
• Research construction projects to generate new leads.
