Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college degree program with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or better.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a Concrete Industry Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project management for public and private jobs.
• Work with estimators on bidding and follow-through processes.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction crews.
• Learn asphalt plant operations and run plant equipment.
• Spend time with yard crew, loader operators and scales.
• Learn basics of job cost, P&L and financial statements.
