We’re looking for a client‑facing construction professional—someone who brings experience, credibility, and confidence into the room when homeowners are making major decisions.

This is not a traditional sales role.

About the Role

You will serve as the primary construction‑facing representative during the early stages of client engagement. Your role is to help clients feel confident that they are working with an experienced, capable builder—not a sales machine.

You’ll step in once leads are already qualified and scheduled, and your focus will be on:

• Walking clients through projects
• Reviewing plans and scope
• Joining Zoom calls or in‑person meetings as needed
• Helping guide discussions and negotiations until projects are signed

You will not be responsible for:

• Cold outreach
• Scheduling appointments

Those functions are handled internally by our team.
