Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven sales professionals for a full-time, W-2 in-home role at our Pittsburgh, PA branch. The position features strong training, mentorship, and a clear path to leadership as the company scales a multi-million dollar branch.

You will meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver engaging home presentations, and enjoy a supportive team environment with high earning potential through commissions and bonuses.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Monthly bonuses + performance rewards (trips, electronics, events)
