Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking driven sales closers for a full-time W-2 role where most work is done for you before you meet the customer. Meet 2–3 pre-qualified prospects daily and deliver in-home presentations in a supportive, team-first environment.

Earn $100k–$300k+ annually with 70% upfront commissions, weekly pay, and performance bonuses. We offer elite training, mentorship, health/dental/vision after 30 days, paid training, flexible schedule, and local appointments

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
