Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven sales professionals in the Pittsburgh, PA area. This full-time W-2 role has 90% of the work done for you before you meet the customer, with strong earnings potential and room for leadership growth.

You will meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver compelling in-home presentations, and participate in elite training and mentorship. Weekly pay, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits support your success.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
