Job summary

Nibbi Brothers General Contractors is seeking a Safety Training Coordinator to administer safety training programs, track certifications, and ensure regulatory compliance across all projects. The role requires meticulous data management and coordination with the Safety and Health team to keep records current and accurate.

The position supports training logistics, documentation, and reporting, with occasional travel to jobsites.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training programs, managing compliance documentation or administering certification programs.
• Construction or Safety and Health industry experience preferred.
• Key competencies include initiative, communication, dependability and a passion to help others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain safety training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate company-wide safety training programs and certification renewals.
• Monitor training requirements and develop training schedules to ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and customer requirements.
• Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, instructors, and external training providers.
• Prepare and analyze training data, reports, and compliance metrics.
• Process and distribute certification cards and training documentation.
• Monitor training progress and qualification requirements for field employee advancement programs.
