Job summary

Noble Texas Builders is seeking a Safety Coordinator to ensure construction activities comply with safety regulations. You will work with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to implement safety protocols and training programs, with travel across the Rio Grande Valley and occasional trips to San Antonio and Houston.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, training delivery, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience as a Safety Coordinator or similar in construction.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Pro-active in addressing workplace safety issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam/Adobe, Procore.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and programs.
• Conduct regular site inspections for hazards and compliance.
• Provide safety training to employees and subcontractors.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes.
• Maintain records of inspections, training, and incidents.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop safety plans.
• Stay updated on safety regulations and industry trends.
• Conduct safety audits and participate in inspections.
• Coordinate with external safety consultants and regulators as needed.
• Promote safety culture and encourage hazard reporting.
• Procure and distribute safety equipment.
• Support projects across the Rio Grande Valley and nearby regions.
