Responsibilities

• Lead safety program and culture across projects.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Provide in-house site safety training.
• Maintain OSHA 300, 300A, 301 records.
• Oversee PPE selection and distribution.
• Collaborate with HR and Fleet on claims and permits.
• Conduct site audits and safety communications.
