Job summary

Ernst Brothers is looking for a Construction Safety Manager | Safety Coach to lead the creation of our first dedicated safety function and to shape safety culture on every project. You will own policies and drive real field impact, not paperwork, with a track record of reducing incidents.

You’ll conduct inspections, coach partners, and ensure OSHA compliance while partnering with PMs and field teams to keep safety central to daily operations and project success.

Qualifications

• Leadership in safety program development and execution.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and field enforcement.
• Ability to coach field staff and trade partners on safe practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and build Ernst Brothers' safety policies, procedures, and systems from the ground up.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and coach field staff and trade partners on safe work practices.
• Monitor OSHA compliance, investigate incidents, and lead corrective action across every project.
• Partner closely with Project Managers and Field Managers to keep safety integral to daily operations.
