Ernst Brothers is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to lead and build its first dedicated safety function. You will own safety policies, inspect jobsites, coach teams, and drive proactive risk reduction across projects.

Ideal candidate leads with high standards, builds trust with trade partners, and solves field issues before they escalate, contributing to a culture of safety and quality in every project.

Qualifications

• Experience building safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and field coaching.
• Ability to lead a safety function across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and build Ernst Brothers' safety policies, procedures, and systems from the ground up.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and coach field staff and trade partners on safe work practices.
• Monitor OSHA compliance, investigate incidents, and lead corrective action across every project.
• Partner with Project Managers and Field Managers to keep safety integrated into daily operations.
