Job summary

Ernst Brothers is looking for a Construction Safety Manager to build the company\'s first dedicated safety function from the ground up. You will own safety policies, supervise field staff and trade partners on safe practices, and ensure OSHA compliance across multiple projects.

• Own and build Ernst Brothers' safety policies, procedures, and systems from the ground up.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and coach field staff and trade partners on safe work practices.
• Monitor OSHA compliance, investigate incidents, and lead corrective action across projects.
• Partner with Project Managers and Field Managers to integrate safety into daily operations.
