The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in construction safety or related fields, with a high school diploma or GED and an associate degree preferred. Location is Annapolis Junction, MD, with competitive pay.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the construction safety culture aligns with Company safety requirements and hold the construction team accountable to maintain the strongest possible site safety culture.
• Support facility management and maintenance operations by helping prevent recordable incidents through consistent, risk-based safety practices.
• Track leading indicators and incident metrics to identify trends, address gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
• Review operations and coordinate with technical and administrative stakeholders to resolve production and processing safety issues.
• Support production tracking and quality control systems by analyzing safety-related performance and maintenance needs to detect and prevent problems early.

Our client is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 4 to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager 4, you will be part of the Construction Management team supporting facility and site operations. The ideal candidate will have proactive risk management, strong communication, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Annapolis Junction, MD

Pay Range: $77-82 per HR on Experis W2
