Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 4 to lead EHS initiatives on complex data centre projects. You will support stakeholders, lease providers, and contractors while driving safety planning, KPI tracking and compliance across all construction phases.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in senior construction safety, OSHA 10/30, NFPA 70E training, and CSP/CHST preferred, with strong contractor coordination and IT-tool familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior construction Health & Safety role.
• Experience in construction safety management, preferably data centre construction or operations.
• Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and Local safety regulations.
• OSHA 10 & 30 certifications, NFPA 70E training, CSP or CHST preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on safety planning, ensuring compliance with project safety standards.
• Support Lease Providers and General Contractors in identifying, planning, and managing High-Risk Activities.
• Track and assess safety KPIs and project-wide compliance across construction phases.
• Participate in safety meetings, inspections, investigations, audits, and work planning.
• Promote a positive safety culture through training, reporting, and continuous improvement.
