ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies, is seeking a highly motivated Safety Manager to join our Phoenix team. You will lead risk management training for both office and field settings and provide on-site safety instruction to supervision teams across multiple projects.

You will travel 2-3 days per week, conduct safety inspections, and collaborate with project leaders to enforce best practices while maintaining compliance with OSHA and other regulations.

Qualificações

• 3+ years' of Safety and Health Experience preferred.
• Prior Construction Experience is required.
• Forklift and MEWP (aerial lifts) instructor training is a plus.
• BS in Occupational Health and Safety or closely related field is preferred.
• STS, CHST, CSP or similar certification(s) preferred.
• OSHA 500/510 certification a plus.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver license in your state of residence.

Responsabilidades

• Create and lead training on risk management for office and field settings.
• Provide on-the-spot job site safety training to superintendents, subcontractors, and associates.
• Attend preconstruction and project meetings as required.
• Lead weekly safety portions of meetings throughout the construction process.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and publish improvement reports.
• Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Subcontractors to ensure safety compliance.
• Review engineered plans for safety hazards with project teams.
• Visit 15+ job sites nationwide monthly and support construction processes.
• Investigate work-related incidents to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Maintain knowledge of Local, State, and Federal safety regulations.
