Zusammenfassung

ARCO, a family of construction companies, is seeking a Project Safety Manager for a full-time traveling assignment. You will lead on-site safety efforts on complex projects, develop site-specific safety plans, and coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and client reps.

The ideal candidate has 5–15 years of construction safety leadership, OSHA 30, OSHA 500/510 preferred, CSP/CHST/STS a plus, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• 5-15 years of construction experience on large-scale projects such as data centers, heavy commercial, or manufacturing.
• GC experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour required; OSHA 500/510 certification a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

Aufgaben

• Lead on-site safety efforts on large-scale projects and coordinate with subs and client reps.
• Develop and ensure a site-specific safety plan and monitor compliance.
• Track safety metrics and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct safety inspections, orientations, and preconstruction safety content.
• Investigate incidents with subcontractors to identify root causes.
• Maintain documentation including safety plans, training certificates, and logs.
