Job summary

Granite Construction is seeking a Safety and Health leader to develop and manage the Safety and Health Management System for a regional portfolio. You will supervise safety professionals, drive incident-prevention efforts, and ensure compliance with safety programs and regulations.

The role requires 5+ years in construction safety, and familiarity with Fall Protection, MUTCD, and OSHA/MSHA guidelines. Strong training and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field required.
• CHST/CSP/CMSP certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in construction safety environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Safety and Health Management System across a region.
• Supervise safety professionals and ensure incident prevention efforts.
• Administer safety program compliance and regional goals.
• Lead jobsite safety inspections, audits, and hazard correction.
