Qualifications

• Doctorate + 2+ years EHS leadership or equivalent.
• Master’s + 6+ years EHS leadership or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s + 8+ years EHS leadership or equivalent.
• Associate’s + 10+ years EHS leadership or equivalent.
• High school diploma + 12+ years EHS leadership or equivalent.
• Must have at least 2 years of people management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, governance, and training for the construction safety program.
• Collaborate with project leaders, EHS, engineering, and contractors to manage safety risks.
• Monitor safety performance using metrics and implement improvements.
• Identify technology solutions to enhance safety management.
• Ensure contractor safety alignment with regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate governance with project supervisors and safety roles.
