Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Workplace Safety Officer to monitor, enforce, and improve safety at construction sites. You will conduct inspections, lead inductions, and coordinate with teams to manage hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• WSHO certification/registration as required by law.
• 2–5 years of construction safety experience.
• Knowledge of WSH regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce workplace safety and health requirements at construction sites to ensure regulatory compliance and worker safety.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement control measures.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend effective control measures to mitigate risks.
• Lead safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and worker inductions to communicate safety protocols and foster awareness.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, analyze causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures (SWPs), and site safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate safety records, reports, permits, and inspection documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate safety matters with project teams, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to align safety efforts.
• Promote a strong safety culture by driving corrective actions and continuous safety improvements.
