Job summary

Dynamic Engineers PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Safety Officer to oversee workplace safety on construction sites in Singapore.

You will monitor compliance, enforce health regulations, and champion proactive risk controls. You will conduct regular inspections, lead toolbox talks and inductions, investigate accidents, and maintain meticulous safety records. Collaboration with project teams and authorities is essential to sustain a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• WSHO certification/registration as required by law.
• Minimum 2–5 years of construction safety experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and safety requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage site safety proactively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce safety requirements at construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify hazards and implement control measures.
• Lead safety briefings, toolbox talks, and inductions.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses; determine root causes.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and SWPs.
• Maintain safety records, permits, and inspection documentation.
• Coordinate safety matters with project teams, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Drive continuous safety improvements and corrective actions.
