Job summary

Dynamic Engineers PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Safety Officer to oversee workplace safety on construction sites in Singapore.

You will monitor compliance, enforce health regulations, and champion proactive risk controls. You will conduct regular inspections, lead toolbox talks and inductions, investigate accidents, and maintain meticulous safety records. Collaboration with project teams and authorities is essential to sustain a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• WSHO certification/registration as required by law.
• Minimum 2–5 years of construction safety experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and safety requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage site safety proactively.

• Monitor and enforce workplace safety and health requirements at construction sites to ensure regulatory compliance and worker safety
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits ,and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement control measures
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend effective control measures to mitigate risks
• Lead safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and worker inductions to communicate safety protocols and foster awareness
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, analyze causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures (SWPs), and site safety procedures
• Maintain accurate safety records, reports, permits, and inspection documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Coordinate safety matters with project teams, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to align safety efforts
• Promote a strong safety culture by driving corrective actions and continuous safety improvements

Requirements

• Relevant Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)certification/registration as required by law or regulation
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant construction safetyexperience demonstrating effective safety management
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations andsafety requirements to ensure compliance and best practices
• Strong communication, coordination, andproblem-solving skills to effectively manage safety issues and collaborate withstakeholders
