BOND Civil & Utility Construction is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee project-level safety compliance and planning. You will develop, implement, and monitor safety plans, conduct inspections, and coordinate with Owners’ Safety personnel and subcontractors to keep projects compliant.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a deep knowledge of construction safety practices. On-site work with a US-based team. Competitive benefits available.

Formación

• BS in Occupational Safety or related discipline, or equivalent construction industry experience.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain positive relationships.
• Knowledge of owner contracts, drawings, subcontractor agreements, scope and risk management.
• Understanding of construction processes and best practices.
• Public speaking and safety trainer capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and prioritization to meet deadlines with accurate deliverables.
• Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Safety Plan on a project level.
• Ensure health and safety project plans are implemented and tracked.
• Coordinate with external safety inspectors and agents.
• Collaborate with project management on safe planning and issue summaries.
• Manage subcontractor safety issues with project management.
• Enforce all safety rules and regulations.
• Contribute to pre-task planning and scheduling.
• Mentor subordinates and promote team safety culture.
• Produce regular safety inspections in Highwire system.
• Conduct accident investigations and follow up with Safety Support Services.
