Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction safety or related field.
• Strong understanding of OSHA standards and construction safety practices.
• Experience on active construction sites (civil or related preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively with field crews and leadership.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between jobsites.
• First Aid / CPR certification.
• OSHA 30 or OSHA 500 certification.
• Experience in civil construction, earthwork, or heavy equipment environments.
• Open to search in Amarillo, TX.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular jobsite safety visits and audits across active projects.
• Identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately.
• Work directly with field teams to reinforce safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and project-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation.
• Support OSHA reporting and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with leadership and HR on reporting and follow-up.
• Balance safety expectations with practical field execution.
