Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC is seeking a Safety Coordinator to promote a safe work environment across construction sites. You will help implement and monitor safety protocols, conduct inspections, and assist in training and incident investigations.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in health and safety, a Bachelor’s degree, and OSHA certifications. The role offers benefits and advancement within a fast-growing civil construction firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or related field.
• OSHA 30 Construction required; OSHA 510 preferred.
• Experience in site development/construction preferred.
• Strong communication and safety training skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety inspections and weekly site audits.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in incident reporting, investigation and corrective actions.
• Organize and deliver safety training sessions for employees.
• Maintain safety documentation and records.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety

OSHA 30 Construction Required

OSHA 510 Preferred

Site Development Construction Experience Preferred

Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred but not required
