The Beaver Companies seek a Safety Supervisor to provide safety support for construction crews at an assigned project site. Travel to additional sites may follow the initial assignment to meet business needs.

You will oversee safety records, conduct trainings, inspect equipment and sites, and ensure compliance with OSHA 1926/1910 standards. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years' experience in safety leadership role.
• OSHA 1926/1910 knowledge and compliance.
• Proven communication and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• STSC (Safety Trained Supervisor Construction) certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates with site supervisors, foremen, and employees.
• Records and submits Safety & Training Records.
• Reviews safety policies and monitors for compliance.
• Participates in training and toolbox talks.
• Develops and maintains site-specific safety plans.
• Ensures PPE availability and safety compliance.
