Job summary

Kiewit Corporation is seeking a Safety Intern to learn and apply construction safety programs, policies, and regulatory guidelines across North America. You will assist in monitoring field activities, supporting audits, and helping implement safety improvements while traveling to various project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Safety, or related field.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and construction safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating site safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor construction activities for compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Provide corrective action recommendations and support safety audits and training.
• Travel and relocation to project sites as required.
