Job summary

WKM Solutions is seeking a Construction Compliance and Safety Manager in Baltimore, MD to lead safety and regulatory programs across construction sites. You will implement policies, conduct audits, and coordinate with site managers, subcontractors, and regulators to ensure safe, compliant project execution.

The role requires a detail-oriented, proactive leader with OSHA knowledge, relevant certifications, and a proven track record of managing safety programs across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, occupational health & safety, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction safety and compliance management.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction codes, and local safety requirements.
• Certifications in safety management such as OSHA 30-Hour, CHST, or CSP are preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to construction laws, regulations, permits, and building codes.
• Develop, implement, and update safety programs and procedures per OSHA and regulatory requirements.
• Lead safety meetings, training sessions, and toolbox talks.
• Investigate accidents or incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain records of safety audits, incidents, and compliance documentation.
