Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in construction or industrial safety roles.
• Ability to identify hazards and propose practical safety solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with field teams and leadership.
• Ability to build positive relationships with crews and supervisors to maintain safety.
• Proven track record promoting proactive safety culture.
• Excellent organizational skills for safety reports and logs.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support the site's safety program across project sites.
• Conduct regular jobsite walk-through inspections to identify safety concerns.
• Identify hazardous conditions and ensure corrective actions.
• Assist with incident investigations and implement preventive measures.
• Compile documentation and reports per company procedures and regulations.
• Perform industrial hygiene monitoring (e.g., oxygen, gas, noise) to ensure safe conditions.
• Support project teams with safety training and compliance efforts.
• Perform additional duties to advance safety initiatives.
