Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field.
• Strong interest in construction safety and risk management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining project site safety in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Support PPE inventory management and tracking for job site personnel.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and safety audits to identify hazards.
• Document safety observations and corrective actions from inspections.
• Assist with safety files, training records, and compliance documentation.
• Aid in onboarding and safety orientations for employees.
• Help coordinate and track required safety trainings and certifications.
• Use ToolWatch and other systems for asset management and inspections.
• Participate in incident investigations and near-miss reporting as assigned.
• Collaborate with Safety Managers, Coordinators, PMs, and field personnel to promote safety.
