A leading construction firm in Phoenix is offering a Rotational Internship for students to gain hands-on experience in both field and office environments. Interns will rotate through key roles, assisting with construction tasks, project management, and communication between teams. This immersive program is ideal for students pursuing careers as construction leaders. Successful interns will be considered for future full-time opportunities based on performance. This is a paid internship occurring over 12 weeks in the summer, from May to July 2026.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred).
Ability to read construction drawings or strong willingness to learn.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and digital document platforms.
Responsibilities
Work alongside field crews performing entry-level construction tasks.
Assist with site preparation, material handling, and jobsite organization.
Learn jobsite safety culture and expectations.
