Job summary

Prosperity Bank is seeking a Construction Risk Analyst to support the daily advance process in Dallas/Plano/Houston. This role focuses on data accuracy across Prosperity Bank and third-party systems related to construction advances, with a strong emphasis on compliance and detail orientation.

The analyst will monitor reports, review documentation, order inspections, and respond to inquiries while collaborating with multiple bank departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years Mortgage, Commercial/Consumer and Business loan servicing and/or construction advance experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of bank mainframe systems.
• Strong knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

Responsibilities

• Work varied reports pulled from bank systems and third-party sources to ensure the daily advance process is monitored appropriately
• Review and upload construction documentation to a third-party system
• Responsible for ordering inspections for construction advances
• Review, reconcile and research construction advance requests
• Responds to internal and external queries via team inboxes regarding status of BUILT system activations and pending advance requests
• Monitor incoming inspection invoices for reporting purposes
• Perform other duties, tasks and special projects as required, assigned, or directed.
