Prosperity Bank is seeking a Credit Analyst to underwrite, monitor, and manage Commercial Banking relationships in Dallas. You will analyze financial data for loan merits, track client performance, and support portfolio organization within the bank's credit policy and regulatory framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 2-3 years of banking experience, primarily credit analysis/underwriting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and financial spreading software.

Responsabilités

• Assist with due diligence/analysis of new client relationships and opportunity memos.
• Manage the renewal process with Relationship Manager, client, and credit department.
• Assist in preparing loan packages and participate in loan approval process.
• Manage approvals and closings of modifications/amendments/waivers to existing credit agreements.
• Coordinate loan closing process for new and existing loans with outside counsel and internal teams.
• Support business development calling efforts with Relationship Manager.
• Track exceptions, financial reporting and covenant compliance to maintain the loan portfolio.
• Oversee small loan/deposit portfolios and ensure adherence to credit policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform annual loan reviews and liaise with Credit Department and other internal partners.
• Monitor loan repayments and act on past due accounts.
