• Track record of risk mitigation and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support junior team members through ongoing feedback and guidance.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure work is complete and aligned to policies.
• Partner during pre-closing to identify, document, and escalate issues.
• Review construction documents for feasibility and loan term alignment.
• Produce clear risk and technical reporting for informed decisions.
• Conduct risk reviews for high-value projects across the United States.
• Apply risk procedures and collaborate with lenders on mitigation strategies.
• Recommend actions to strengthen risk mitigation and reduce rework.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships through proactive communication.
• Resolve escalated construction-related issues and drive timely outcomes.
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently under shifting deadlines.
