JP Cullen is seeking a dedicated Risk Analyst to join our team. This role reports to the CFO and partners with operations, project management, safety, accounting, and executive leadership to support disciplined decision-making aligned with our risk tolerance and long-term objectives.

The position is primarily office-based with periodic travel for meetings and professional development. Key responsibilities include subcontractor prequalification management, Builder’s Risk insurance coordination,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, construction management, business, risk management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in construction, finance, insurance, project management, or risk-related roles preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present and train other JP Cullen team members.

Aufgaben

• Assist with subcontractor prequalification and management processes, including reporting on subcontractor financial health.
• Support project teams in placing or confirming Builder’s Risk Insurance policies and report ownership across projects.
• Assist in development of project teams using AI tools to review contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with outside legal counsel on contract and insurance requirements.
• Review prime contracts to flag indemnity, insurance, and damages provisions and prepare exceptions.
• Align subcontractor insurance requirements with contractual scope and prime contracts.
