Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
2+ years in risk management, or 7+ years in related industry if no degree.
Experience with Project Controls (estimate/cost and schedule).
Excellent knowledge of risk methodology and tools across Engineering, Operations and Procurement.
Strong networking and client relationship-building abilities.
U.S. citizen required.

Responsibilities

Support the goals and priorities of the Risk Management team.
Manage program/project risk for clients including CSRA (Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis).
Perform complex financial risk analyses to inform major construction decisions.
Utilize AI tools to enhance delivery and efficiency.
Lead risk reviews and apply Monte Carlo analysis for mitigation and financial impact.
Prepare risk reports and QA/QC tasks for client deliverables.
