Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Risk Analyst to join our growing Risk Management team. The role supports program and project risk analysis, including CSRA, with a hybrid work model two days a week at a Jacobs office nearest you in the United States.

You will utilize AI tools and Monte Carlo analysis to inform mitigation actions, prepare risk reports, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement to drive project performance and value for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 2+ years in risk management, or 7+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Project Controls (estimate/cost and schedule).
• Knowledge of risk methodology and tools across Engineering, Operations and Procurement.
• Strong networking and client relationship-building skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Support overall goals and priorities of the Risk Management team.
• Manage program/project risk for clients including CSRA.
• Perform complex risk analysis/modelling for major construction.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance delivery and efficiency.
• Lead risk reviews and apply Monte Carlo analysis for mitigation decisions.
• Monitor risks and mitigation actions across programs or projects.
• Conduct risk assessment workshops and define mitigation measures.
• Define risk management framework and organize resources.
• Prepare risk data reports and conduct risk briefings.
