Job summary

You will lead risk reviews, perform CSRA analyses, run Monte Carlo scenarios, and develop mitigation plans, with a focus on high- and medium-risk programs, budgeting, and reporting to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• At least 5+ years as Risk Manager or 7+ years in related industry in lieu of degree.
• Experience or understanding of Project Controls (estimate/cost and schedule).
• Excellent knowledge of risk methodology and tools across Engineering, Operations and Procurement.
• Effective networking with functional teams and clients.
• US citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Manage program/project risk for specific clients following CSRA.
• Lead and participate in regular risk reviews with Monte Carlo analysis for mitigation.
• Manage assessment, prioritization and update of risks for high/medium risk programs.
• Conduct Risk Assessment Workshops with project teams and define mitigations.
• Define risk management framework and organize resources with leadership support.
• Direct and review mitigation costs, budgets, and contingency reserves; cost/benefit analysis.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual risk reports and briefings.
