Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee rebuilds of residential and commercial properties after water, fire, or mold losses. The role requires coordinating general contractors, sourcing materials, budgeting, permitting, and maintaining clear communication with clients and teams.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in large loss or commercial construction, experience managing complex projects, and familiarity with DASH or Xactimate.

Qualifications

• Construction management or project management degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of field experience in large loss or commercial construction.
• PMP or other project management certification is desirable but not required.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Define scope of work with homeowners or property managers after a water/fire/mold loss to restore the property to its pre-loss condition.
• Hire and manage subcontractors to perform carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other tasks.
• Conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Apply for permits, as needed, and coordinate inspections.
• Provide written updates with pictures during or after every project visit.
• Manage the project subcontractor and material expenses to stay within budget.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners or business owners and internal teams.
