Job summary

SERVPRO of Perry Hall/White Marsh is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has restoration and reconstruction experience, can work with insurance adjusters and property owners, and demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous construction management experience required.
• Restoration and reconstruction experience preferred.
• Experience working with insurance companies, adjusters, and claims processes preferred.
• Working knowledge of Xactimate estimating software preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet production goals while maintaining profitability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of construction and restoration projects.
• Manage construction teams, subcontractors, and superintendents.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor quality control and ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, insurance adjusters, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including photos, contracts, estimates, and change orders.
• Utilize Xactimate and other estimating tools as needed for project estimating and job management.
• Conduct end-of-day and end-of-job debriefs with project teams.
• Maintain a safe and organized jobsite environment.
• Resolve project issues quickly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.

Position Summary

As a Construction Manager with SERVPRO of Perry Hall/White Marsh, you will oversee all aspects of residential and commercial construction and restoration projects while ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction. Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to walk, stand, climb ladders, and work at varying heights for extended periods of time

• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
