Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine customer needs on a daily basis.
• Take orders/requests from internal and external customers.
• Fulfill customer orders to their satisfaction and according to company guidelines.
• Work with Service Operations to ensure economical rental maintenance costs.
• Communicate essential information to sales, other employees, customers, and managers.
• Review and approve service work orders on rental equipment.
• Monitor market, utilization & trends in the region and competitor trends to management.
• Maintain accurate records and files.
• Accurate billing of all short term rental contracts.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and gross profit in the contractor division.
