Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
• 5–7 years of rental operations experience in a similar industry.
• Strong analytical, financial aptitude, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Caterpillar startup procedures for rental stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead rental coordinators, supervisors, drivers, and support staff.
• Develop and oversee training and development plans for the team.
• Drive growth, profitability, and market share by executing rental strategy and vision.
• Monitor branch performance and optimize processes and procedures.
