Carolina CAT is seeking an experienced leader to manage the Construction Division rental operations for a CAT Rental Store/Heavy Rents location. You will drive safety, operational excellence, and maximize ROI of assets while leading a multi-disciplinary team.

The role emphasizes fleet management, budgeting, and collaboration with sales to align with market needs. Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in rental ops are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related field.
• 5-7 years of rental operations experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical and financial skills.
• Knowledge of Caterpillar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead rental coordinators, supervisors, drivers and support staff.
• Develop training plans and sustain safety culture.
• Monitor branch performance and profitability.
• Oversee fleet utilization and maintenance.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing on market trends.
• Prepare periodic forecasts and financial reports.
