You will manage a team of rental coordinators, supervisors, drivers, and support staff, develop training plans, monitor performance, and implement strategies to maximize asset utilization and market share.

Formación

• 5-7 years of rental operations experience in a similar industry.
• Strong technical/financial aptitude, analytical, problem solving, decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Champion Safety and Customer Service as part of the culture.
• Lead a team of rental coordinators, supervisors, drivers, and support staff.
• Hire, develop, lead, and empower all employees to make sound business decisions.
• Create & manage training & development plans for all team members.
• Implement the rental strategy to achieve growth, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Monitor branch performance and seek process improvements.
• Proactively manage fleet utilization and expenses for profitability.
• Manage CRS and Heavy Rents fleet operations, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Prepare and monitor forecasts and monthly financials.
• Resolve employee and customer disputes as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to track market conditions and customer needs.
