Tiello LLC is actively seeking experienced Full-Desk Agency Recruiters in Orange County, CA. This on-site role involves building a client base, running end-to-end recruitment, and delivering candidates to close deals.

You will manage job orders, source candidates, and drive revenue through proactive outreach and strong relationship building. The position includes a comprehensive training program and opportunities to work directly with company owners.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outbound sales experience.
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced construction recruitment environment.
• Strong closing instincts and sense of urgency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cold-call construction companies to develop new clients and open job orders.
• Run client intake calls to nail down job specs, compensation ranges, and timelines, and negotiate fee agreements.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels.
• Manage a high volume of daily calls and activity to hit revenue goals.
• Own the full desk from job order to placement and ensure smooth process flow.
