Job summary

Proman Trade Solutions is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter to search, qualify, and place trades candidates at construction sites. You will support branch operations, manage candidate referrals, and ensure compliance with safety and employment requirements.

The role requires familiarity with Avionte ATS, strong communication, and the ability to travel to various sites. Bilingual Spanish/English may be required and a high school diploma is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support to applicants.
• Coordinate recruitment functions and communication with field employees and customers.
• Source and recruit qualified candidates for specific job openings.
• Develop recruiting strategies across various media and associations.
• Screen candidates and conduct reference checks as needed.
• Communicate job requirements clearly to placing employees.
• Ensure accuracy of assignment information in Avionte and other systems.
• Support branch operations and teamwork to optimize staffing and reduce overtime.
