Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Recruiter for an onsite, 6+ month contract in Lubbock, TX.

You will lead sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement for construction-related roles, partnering with hiring managers to fill multiple requisitions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruiting experience in construction, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in construction.
• Experience recruiting for construction, engineering or skilled trades.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Onsite work in Lubbock, TX.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for construction-related positions.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled construction professionals.
• Review resumes and conduct candidate screening interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular recruiting updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
