The role emphasizes business development, sourcing, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates, with a strong network across the U.S. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or Bullhorn is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably construction recruiting.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and business development.
• Strong understanding of commercial/industrial construction terminology.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities
