We are now looking for an exceptionally motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our business to work within our newly established Austin office, with an already warm desk. The position:

Your daily routine would be hugely varied, but the core duties would include:

• Liaising with clients to identify their recruitment needs
• Advertising and handling the response
• Meeting with candidates & clients
• Presentation of suitable candidate CVs for your client
• Negotiation of employment offers, and issuing contracts to candidates
